for just a little while and their hearts forever."

out number the shamrocks
that grow and may trouble
avoid you wherever you go."

you'll rise with fleas."

"It's easy to half the potato,
where there is love."

hard to find and lucky to have."

"May your pockets be heavy,
your heart be light;
may good luck pursue you
each morning and night."

  1. Happy St. Patrick's Day to you too! I know Grandma Cassie use to say "You lie down with the dogs, you'll wake up with the fleas."--something like that. Just wondering where she got it and if it had been passed on for generations.
